Samsung SCH-U740 Released For Verizon
Verizon has announced that they have a new handset available for their customers. The SCH-U740 from Samsung is now their newest model. The model has a very unique dual flip-form that can flip open like a normal model and also opens to form a mini messaging center. The model is equipped with a full qwerty keyboard.
According to Verizon’s site, the model will come equipped with 1.3 mega-pixel camera/camcorder that has a built-in flash and a digital zoom. The comcorder feature allows for the user to capture small video clips.
We’ll have to see how this phone works out. It flips open 2 ways? To me that honestly seems a little bit strange but who knows it could be pretty cool. Samsung might be a little desperate to hit a homer after losing some market share this last year. Has anyone tried it out?
