Sling Media Announces SlingPlayer Mobile
Sling Media, the manufacturer of the SlingBox, has announced the availability of the SlingPlayer™ Mobile.
A SlingBox makes it possible for you to watch your television programming from anywhere you have a p.c. and an internet connection. You plug your home cable into the SlingBox, which you connect to the internet. After that, you can access your television programming from anywhere that has an internet connection.
You could use your SlingBox to watch t.v. at work, or to get a channel that is available in a distant area.
SlingPlayer™ Mobile takes the technology to the next level, allowing you to access your television programming on a compatible smartphone. The SlingPlayer™ Mobile will work with tons of Windows Pocket PCs and Smartphones, and will soon be functional on Palm handhelds.
