Motorola W218 Introduced
The Motorola W218 has been officially introduced. As you can see, the model is a very sleek looking, candy bar style model. The model was introduced along with 8 other Motorolas yesterday at CTIA.
The W218 will probably be an entry level model; it’s feature set is a tad diluted. A VGA camera and an FM radio are it’s primary features. That said, the phone should do quite well as there is still a market for ‘uncomplicated, cheap’ handsets.
At first appearance, the model seems to be very closely related to the Motorola Slvr ’sliver’ L6. The feature set is quite similar as well, except the L6 has Bluetooth, and as far as we know, the W218 doesn’t.
Since the model has yet to be officially released, the complete features and specs are unknown. We will post them as soon as they are available.
