Kyocera S1000 Introduced - Don’t They Want To Sell?
Consider the announcement of the Kyocera S1000 proof that Kyocera wants to go out of business! Seriously in our opinion they will probably only sell 3 of these models in the entire universe.
Kyocera has announced key features of this model as ’straight forward keypad for texting’ and ‘3 hours of talk time’. We have no idea how they expect to sell this thing against models such as the Sony Ericsson w300i, which is also free and boasts 9 hours of talk time, a VGA camera, and a music player.
Can someone email us and let us know what a ’straight forward keypad’ is? The last time I checked, any keypad that only has 12 keys is going to be pretty straight forward.
If you’re looking for a similar model, maybe go back to the Nokia 3310, released in January of 2003.
Is anyone surprised that none of their friends use Kyoceras anymore? They need to bring some more interesting models this year or they’re done.
