Cingular 3125 Features and Specs
The Cingular 3125 is a super thin smartphone made by HTC. The model is Cingular branded and is already available on Cingular’s site. The 3125 is the smallest and thinnest flip-smartphone in the U.S. (3/19/2007)
Cingular wants $449.99 for the model without a contract; if you’re willing to sign a 2-year service agreement you can pick the model up for $99.99, after a $100 mail-in rebate.
The 3125 has all of the things you look for in a smartphone. It offers ActiveSync, Good Mobile Messaging, and Xpress Mail business email applications, and offers a variety of instant messaging services: Pocket MSN® - Hotmail® MSN Messenger®.
The 3125 is a must have for business people that need more power without sacrificing look and size. Many have held out of the smartphone market because smartphones are larger and bulkier than others. This model should get some of those into the market.

Our honest opinion: The Cingular 3125 is a good model if you aren’t willing to get a bigger smartphone. It’s not as powerful as most smartphones. Don’t get it if you need more features. The model doesn’t have 3G so it won’t be as fast as models like the Samsung Blackjack and the Cingular 8525. The price point is about right though; the model is the cheapest smartphone that Cingular is currently offering. (3/19/2007)
