The Samsung c417 is a stylish model available for Cingular. This model has some really nice features and is ridiculously small and light.
The model was created to be inexpenseve but still has some fun features like Bluetooth, and camera, and some multimedia capability.
Cingular is currently offering the model on their site for $219.99 without a contract. The average price people have paying for the model with a 2-year contract is about $80. Cingular is offering a $10 instant rebate and a $50 mail-in rebate, making the phone $20 is you’re willing to jump through some hoops.
